Operator training program

Since its founding, Energy Resources LLC has conducted regular training programs to qualify local residents for mining careers, secure employment opportunities, enhance employee technical skillsets, develop general professional capabilities, and foster corporate culture. Over this period, the company has trained and employed more than 1,800 people as heavy equipment machinery specialists at the Ukhaa khudag mine. In 2025, a total of 198 participants completed the heavy equipment machinery operator training, while 18 individuals successfully completed the heavy equipment machinery maintenance technician program. A key feature of these training programs is that graduates earn professional competency certificates issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, enabling them to work both within Mongolia and internationally.
