Our Company has applied the Code in its operations consistently and in practice, and improves its performance year on year. In 2024 the score was 91.6 per cent; in 2025, having achieved full implementation in the areas of good corporate governance and transparency, labour relations and human rights, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection, overall performance reached 97 per cent.

The “Responsible Mining Code” has 5 main areas and 84 criteria. In its 2025 operations, Energy Resources LLC successfully met 81 of these criteria and received the following scores:

• Labour relations and human rights: 19/19
• Occupational health and safety: 13/13
• Environmental protection: 18/18
• Community development and public participation: 14/17
