Energy Resources and the trade union committee approve a new “Collective Agreement”
“Energy Resources” LLC, Ukhaa Khudag branch, and the trade union committee have concluded a new “COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT” for 2026–2028.
The Collective Agreement covers employees’ employment relations, pay, work and rest schedules, improvements to occupational safety and health conditions, and the protection of employees’ interests.
Negotiations on the Collective Agreement were held on 30 December 2025 and, following detailed discussion, agreement was reached and the document was formally approved.
