The event concluded as a productive day of joint participation: it presented a wide range of information about the Company’s operations openly, provided local residents with information, listened to their comments and requests, provided information on current vacancies and collected job applications. In brief, the results of the survey conducted during the day were as follows:

• A total of 467 people actively completed the survey, and around 90 per cent of them felt they had been able to express their views fully. The Company’s mechanism for handling requests and complaints was rated very good by 55%, good by 24% and average by 12%.

• Respondents also asked for more training and open days for local residents, regular information, and more information on the Company’s vacancies, the transparency of its operations, its social responsibility and community development.

We plan to reflect the comments and requests received from local residents at the open day in our work and to keep improving.
